چکیده

A zero-inflated Poisson (ZIP) distribution is commonly used for modelling process data with single type of defect, and developing appropriate tools instituting statistical control manufacturing processes. However, in reality, such scenarios are very common where more than one defect can occur. For example, occurrences defects like solder short circuits (shorts) absence (skips) on printed circuit boards. In literature, different forms bivariate (BZIP) distributions proposed, which be the two types Control charts designed monitoring processes using BZIP models.
